| Quality Appliance & Fireplace Center, located in the beautiful Bulkley Valley in Smithers, British Columbia. Starting out as a small family operated company, Jerry and Debbie Wall (owners) opened its doors as an appliance and electronic repair shop on March 1st, 1981; offering shop and in home repairs to all brands of appliances and electronic services. Overtime, we ventured into sales of various items such as satellite dishes, TV's, reconditioned appliances and commercial coin operated appliances. | In 1993/94, a company called RSF Energy now known as Ardent Energy was manufacturing wood stoves & furnaces locally. They were looking for new retail space, so we agreed to take on the challenge of an exciting new product. This decision brought us into the road of Hearth & Home Heating.
As our retail floor filled and the addition of wood, gas and pellet stoves, we decided to sell off the electronic sales and service. As of 1994, our main stream sales and service are Major Appliances, Wood, Gas, and Pellet stoves/furnaces. Now we have expanded into being a distributor for the RSF design of wood furnace, we now call "ARDENT ENERGY" systems.
And to all who have supported us over the last 25 Years, THANK YOU! Our products and services may have changed, but our commitment to maintain one of the highest levels of customer service has remained unchanged.
